MOSCOW--Russia estimates the rate of inflation will be 0.5% in March, the economy ministry said Monday in its weekly report, at the bottom end of its target range for the month.
The ministry forecasts that inflation will be 2% in January-to-March period, and for the whole of 2013 will come in at 7.2%.
